Great first impression. Guy was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will definitely be back. Went for an oil change and they checked my tires. Said I needed an alignment. Something I would not have gotten at a place like Valvoline, where I usually go. I spent extra but it was worth it for the peace of mind.

Our visit to Speck service was excellent. We were greeted and ushered into the service bay and checked in. Our service visit was upgraded from an oil change to a multipoint evaluation and service. Although this was more than we anticipated, the service was done efficiently. We were kept in the loop. No large problems were found.

Friendly and helpful staff. The service team is amazing. I was early for my appointment and my service advisor was busy with another customer so two other team members got me checked in and when my advisor was available she came out and checked on me. It is refreshing to see the team work and experience superior customer service they provide.

Sal is a consummate professional. Very friendly and most notable, PROFESSIONAL! He shared the repair required, scheduled a time for me to drop off and had the job completed prior to estimated completion time. The entire team (sales, parts & service) works in synergy. I visit many GMC dealerships for my profession / this dealership (SPECK), is one of the best in a 4-state area when it comes to customer experience.

My first visit to Speck Buick-GMC Service Center for my 2026 Canyon Denali was to have a folding bed cover installed and black GMC logos put on front and rear. The Service Center personnel are very professional and efficient, the technicians did an excellent job with the installation of parts.

I was being overcharged for a service and was told initially that the reason was because of WA state fees. Once I pushed back on this extra charge and stated that the service was a set advertised price, I was eventually credited the amount back to match the advertised price. I believe if I had not pushed back, I would have been overcharged.
